FileAssure goes Mobile – Fully Available in iOS and Android

Toronto, ON, August 14, 2018 - Momentuum BPO Inc. announces the delivery of its FileAssure platform through a new mobile application available in both iOS and Android. Trustees and administrators using FileAssure across Canada will have access to the most accurate and up to date client information anytime or anywhere. The addition of the mobile experience to the FileAssure platform will enable instant sharing of information between key stakeholders more effectively. The flow of seamless details means less opportunity for error and a greater degree of flexibility for the users. It frees administrators from spending additional time chasing down information and keying data while shifting the focus to quality time with the client and more complex tasks.

Mobile Signature Capture

Within the mobile experience, a new feature allows users to use the screen of their mobile device to capture a debtor’s signature. Capturing signatures on matters such as PIPEDA, Credit Bureau, and other consent requests ensures compliance and saves valuable time.

The mobile app will enable Trustees to hand their device across the desk and allow debtors to review the terms while signing with their finger capturing immediate consent and automatically storing a copy within FileAssure.

Capturing Documents from your Phone

With the FileAssure Mobile Application, your camera becomes a document scanner with the ability to save those images directly into the FileAssure platform. Listening to the Trustee community, we know there is often a need to capture copies of identification or other vital documents efficiently and in a timely manner. A mobile capture device provides the flexibility to capture required materials securely and seamlessly in real-time while avoiding the need to track down a photocopier which takes valuable time away from your debtor.

This ensures that trustees have the best information during client onboarding, as well as providing that information when required to streamline workflow. At its core, the system captures prospects, gathers and manages pertinent financial data, communicates and schedules meetings with clients, provides proven digital record management and much more.
