As a Managing Partner John grew a small boutique firm in 1981 into one of Canada’s largest Service Organizations with over 5,000 Employees and 29 locations across North America – providing Contact Centre, Marketing, Print and Fulfillment solutions to Government and Private sector organizations across North America.

With over 29 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, John has also successfully held such positions as Senior Vice President Operations, Chief Information Officers and Senior Vice President Business Development. 


Matt Yeatman

Business Development

16 years of Canadian political campaign experience. Serving as a political consultant over the past eight years working on hundreds of Campaigns across Canada. Politically, Matt has a developed a wealth of experience serving as Riding President, Technology Chair and Campaign Manager among other roles.

In the private sector, Matt has 14 years of active involvement with public and private companies serving the Banking and Insurance industries with strategic enterprise solutions with demonstrated success leading major strategic initiatives to enhance performance and maximize stakeholder value.


Lynda Chillman

Client Relations – Central Canada

Lynda is responsible for driving Momentuum’s Software as a Service (SaaS) business and expanding SaaS delivery and customer support models across Canada. SaaS provides customers the on-demand flexibility to secure and manage their business without the complexity of on-premise hardware or software.

Chillman comes to Momentuum with over 20 years experience in several leadership roles, including operations and sales, at a recognized market leader in the Financial Services Sector.


Jordan Katz
Client Relations – Western Canada

Jordan is responsible for continuing to develop Momentuum’s brand in Western Canada. A results oriented professional with extensive experience in government, political campaigns, stakeholder management, grassroots organization and public affairs, Jordan brings with him a wealth of expertise to Momentuum

Katz is a confident and accomplished planner, manager and advocate. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated innovative and strategic thinking skills and is a superior manager.


Wayne Vickress
Contact Centre Services

Wayne is a recognized leader in the contact centre industry, with over 25 years of practical experience designing, building and managing several of North America's largest and most complex contact centre solutions. Wayne is a strategic problem solver with strong project leadership capabilities, solid judgment, and a results based orientation. Working together with other members of the Momentuum team, Wayne has consistently demonstrated success leading major, large scale operational campaign initiatives to enhance overall performance and effectiveness. Wayne's responsible for bringing teams together around a campaign mission and vision and focusing people on executing action plans on time, on budget and to our client's rigid performance standards.

Architecture and Networks

John  "JP"  Pawelchak is responsible for the technical architecture and networks that support Momentuum's Business Solutions. John has well over  15 years  of direct and relevant business technology experience working with North America's top Fortune 100 organizations delivering  award winning, best in class Financial, Marketing and Loyalty Management business applications. Business Applications which have supported the complex individual needs of millions of users across the globe. JP is responsible for ensuring that Momentuum's Business Applications provide our Private and Public Sector clients with the tools they need to turn their constituents, members and customers into loyal & engaged "raving fans" of their individual organizations.
